Vespa Rebuild Video | Part 1
My good friend, Mark, and I have been rebuilding my 1979 Vespa P200 over the last couple months. It’s a pretty detailed process but well worth it. For any scooter nerds out there, here are a few things we did…Unmounted and disassembled the engine, cleaned EVERY engine part, new bearings, new gaskets, threw in a new kick gear, new cruciform, ran a new wiring harness and a ton of other things I can’t remember right now. I also plan on repainting the scooter. I should have done it while the scooter was stripped but the warehouse was way to cold, haha. Once everything is done, I’ll post a ton of photos and a part 2 of the rebuild video. Enjoy…

Wow… sounds like a lot of work. What color do you think you will paint it?

Haha! I thought the video was a still shot at first. Just wanted to add, the dog is sweet, the music is fun, and those sepia still shots of the engine/wheel are awesome shots.
