
Today, I got to photograph Children 18:3! I was really excited for this shoot because they are cool kids and they play, and are in to, music that I like. I first met them a few years ago, here in Nashville, and found out that they were huge fans of my old band, The Dingees. I was honored! (more…)
Last week, I started a project I have been wanting to do for a while. I’m taking my vinyl records that I don’t own digitally and transferring them to my computer. Nerdy? Yes. If you have vinyl, it’s a really fun thing to do, a way to preserve your music and it’s a great way to enjoy a record from start to finish. One of the best things about listening back on your computer or iPod is that it still sounds like your listening to the actual vinyl. I’m sure some people clean up transfers and get rid of all the crackling. To me, thats part of the experience of listening to a vinyl record. I even make sure you can hear the needle drop when transferring. Lastly, if you collect vinyl and want to take nerdy to another level, visit RECORD NERD. HERE is my collection

My 1979 Vespa P200 is near completion. All that is left is to get all the wiring sorted out. Once that happens, I’m good to go. Well, I guess I could ride it right now, but it’s still way to cold here. I can’t wait to get my Vespa back on the road! I’ll probably paint it sometime in April when it warms up even more.
