OKC
Last night we played a show in Oklahoma City, OK by ourselves. It was really weird have no opening bands! Last night was a bit unique for us. Thiessen’s voice is still not 100% so we brought in some back up…The one and only Tim Skipper from House Of Heroes! He is a long time friend and came with us to hit some high notes, sing harmony and on some songs, played guitar. Tim was a pleasure to have on the road with us. He did a great job! Thanks again Tim. Another highlight of the night was the rare set we played. We included a bunch of acoustic songs we don’t normally do. It was a good time. Thiessen, despite still being a bit sick, did a great job as well! Here is one of the acoustic songs we did…”Big Trucks” by Pedro The Lion.
Also, here is a video of “Devastation & Reform.” Tim did an awesome job with the pre chorus and chorus of this one. You can see him right behind Hoopes.

My jealousy is raging right now.
I am a little bit ashamed.

That’s really cool that you guys broke out the acoustic songs. I wish you guys would break out some of the old stuff though like Softer To Me or I Am Understood?. I have seen rk seven times since 03, but yet to see you play Ethan. Hopefully you’ll make it Atlanta sometime this year.

Wow, sorry to hear that Thiessen’s been sick.
Does he have any Throat Coat tea. That stuff’s awesome. So were the videos. Thanks for sharing.

Wish I could’ve been there, just like Brittany and Nina said.
Outdoor shows are fun.
Hopefully Thiesen’s voice will be back to 100% soon.

These are my videos!!! I was wondering why Big Trucks had so many views. Devastation and Reform is just a great song so I figured that’s why it had so many. Thanks for the exposure!
