Dreams Do Come True
Today I got to fulfill a dream of mine. You see, I have had an obsession with alligators for good while now. I have seen them up close but have never held one. Well, today I went to the Alligator Park behind the House Of Blues and my dream became a reality. I know this sounds pretty lame to most people, but I was loving life. Check it out…

Ha, that is a great pic of you with the gator. I was just thinking I would only hold one if it had a band around it’s mouth. LOL Not a terribly big but, but I’m sure he could have done a little damage. I see Dan in the background.
John doesn’t look quite as sure about it all. LOL He has a cute little baby one.

ok.. so it DID happen.
I was expecting a little bigger. Obviously not a full-grown adult (which would be impossible to pick up), but you get the point.
I guess it’d still be cool to hold though. It’d be even cooler if there was no tape around it’s mouth! Buuut, parks are all about safety first.
Aren’t animals/reptiles great!?
..I think that’s why I work at a petco.

you obviously arent accustomed to florida life..
in elementary school they start to teach us how to safely play with gators.
ahh. yes. having lots of alligators in our state does lead to pranks with them all the time [sticking them in peoples pick ups and such] haha.
they are fun :]
