Last Day In Australia!

It is with sadness to say that we are about to start our last day in the great country of Australia.  Our trip has surpassed anything I could have hoped for.  Like I said before, I will post a more extensive blog once I get home with waaaaay more photos.  We are in Sydney today and are getting the opportunity to climb the Harbor Bridge!  I am nervous.  But I must conquer it, at least for John Warne because he had to leave this morning and cannon participate.  Ok, bridge climb soon and hanging with a friend later.  I’ll leave you with this photo of Jon and I with, skating legend, Steve Caballero.  I grew up watching him skate and it was a true honor to meet and hang with him for while.  We were both wearing Brixton hats as well!  Thanks for the photo opp. Steve.

Our trip to Australia has been such an amazing experience!  I will post a more detailed blog once I get home, but I figured a couple pictures from Melbourne were in order.  Right now, we are in Perth, AUS.  I got to meet up with an old friend of mine today, James, and he took John Warne and I around town on scooters!  Tomorrow, he has a whole day of riding planned for us.  I plan on taking heaps (Australian for “lots”) of photos tomorrow, so stay tuned for that.  Here are 2 quick ones from Melbourne.

Brisbane Day 1

Last night, all us Relient K dudes, flew from Nashville (John from Denver) to LA and to Brisbane, AUS!  The travel was extensive but has already been well worth it!  We are only half way through day 1 and were having a great time!  Tonight we are ending the day with a BBQ provided by the amazing Aussies putting on the show tomorrow.  This morning, after we checked in, a few of us found a place to grab coffee, hit up some record stores and ate some lunch.  This is a great city and I can’t wait to play for all the good people of Brisbane tomorrow!  By the way, I picked up a vinyl copy of White Noise by The Living End today, with the artwork done by my great friend, Don Clark!  More updates to come!
