Quick Update

I haven’t updated here recently, oops. The shows have been going very well. The best part…we played Madison Square Garden tonight! We only had 18 minuets to play, but either way…we played the Garden. This was a huge point in my musical career. Also, Jered Scott joined us on tour today to click away on his sweet Canon 5D. It’s always nice to have Jered around, he’s a great friend and amazing photographer.

My wife has been out for a couple days as well, thats always a good time. It’s like a mini vacation for us with a show at the end of each day. So today we had a chance to walk around New York a bit and get some good eats. Speaking of good eats…If you are in NY, you MUST go to the Trailer Park Lounge. I think any place that serves Tator Tots, Moon Pies and plays music from cassettes get an A+ in my book. Plus the cheese steak Jon Schneck and I had was the closest thing to Pat’s in Philadelphia. So, that was a longer update than I thought. Pictures…wait! I almost forgot about my photo disclaimer. The first one is the result of my knuckle hitting my hi hat and blood flying on the snare with every hit. If you have a weak stomach…skip it.

Good News, Bad News

The good news…We had a sweet day off in Cleveland!  Travis, James, Joey and I made our way over to the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame Museum, which is always a good time.  Especially when your tour pass gets you in for free.  Saving $22 is always a plus.  We saw some sweet stuff there and as always, I spent most of my time looking at Clash and Ramones stuff.  At the end of the night we also got to spend some time with our good buddy Dave. While we were hanging out with Dave, the bad news kicked in…The Dodgers lost. I hope they can come back from 3-1 in the series….we’ll see.
